This Shadow Web Server application allows you to view and modify various Shadow Web Server entities.This application presents information in three frames on your screen.
The frames are:
- the MENU frame
- the TITLE frame
- the DATA frame
The MENU frame to the left displays a list of available actions. The MENU choices are organized into groups as indicated by the red triangles. As you hover your mouse over a menu group, all of the available options in that group are displayed in a submenu. To select an option, click on its value displayed in the submenu. The available choices are:

The Shadow Web Server Module Table application provides status information about each of the modules used in the Shadow Web Server address space. You can use this information to determine the location of any module and to obtain other status information.
- Common Subroutines
The Shadow Web Server Subroutines application provides status information about common subroutines used in the Shadow Web Server address space. You can use this information to determine the location of a common subroutine and to obtain other status information.

The Shadow Web Server MIME/Filetype Table application provides status information about each of the entries in the configurable Shadow Web Server MIME table. You can use this information to determine if a filetype entry has been defined and to obtain other status information. This application also allows addition/modification of existing MIME/Filetype entries.

The National Language Support Tables application provides the ability to view thASCII and EBCDIC conversion codepoint tables resident inShadow Web Server. Each of the National Language conversion tables within the server can be displayed. You must haveMVS Security Subsystem read authorization to the Server's 'CONTROLBLOCKS'generalized resource rule in order to use this diagnostic and control function.

The Shadow Web Server Product Control Block Selections application provides the ability to view internal product control blocks and storage areas listed in the Shadow Web Server Product Control Block Selection list. The internal storage areas are displayed as a formatted listing with descriptions, and also as a hexadecimal dump of the virtual storage area. You must have MVS Security Subsystem read authorization to the Server's 'CONTROLBLOCKS' generalized resource rule in order to use this diagnostic function.

The Trace Browse Group

The Shadow Web Server Display Trace Browse Records application provides the ability to view trace browse records. When you select the Trace Browse Records menu option you are taken to a display of the last section of the trace list. The number of records displayed is set by the Trace Browse Control application and defaults to 500 records. The trace list is a record of all communication, SQL, and internal events in message format. The most recent messages are at the bottom of the list and the oldest are at the top. The list is implemented as a FIFO buffer. when the list is full, messages are removed from the top to make room for the newer messages at the bottom. The Trace Browse Records menu choice will display the trace browse records along with an application to allow scrolling and navigation within the list. The Trace Browse Control menu choice allows you to control filtering to limit the types of records displayed as well as set the number of records to be retrieved during each interaction.
